Lemonade Stand Studios is a New York–based production company founded by Charlie “CJ” Jones and Alison Camillo. Dedicated to telling authentic, human-centered stories, the studio develops and produces scripted and unscripted content that blends humor, heart, and purpose. Charlie “CJ” Jones

Co-Founder

Charlie Jones is an Emmy-winning audio supervisor, sound designer, and producer with more than twenty years of experience in broadcast television, live audience production, and original content creation. Operating out of the CBS Broadcast Center in New York, he has overseen audio for some of today’s most impactful and culturally relevant programs, including The Drew Barrymore Show, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, The Mel Robbins Show, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Bethenny, The Harry Connick Jr. Show, and Have I Got News for You.

His career spans daytime TV, prime-time comedy, and complex live multi-camera environments, with early credits on Guiding Light, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, and The Chris Rock Show. Outside of CBS, his audio projects include In Performance at The White House, BET’s Black Girls Rock!, and Spectacle: Elvis Costello with….

Known for his leadership, technical vision, and collaborative style, Charlie has become a trusted voice within the CBS ecosystem and across the industry.

As co-founder of Lemonade Stand Studios, Charlie drives creative development and production strategy. He is committed to building content that blends entertainment with intention—projects that spark conversation, highlight humanity, and transform lived experiences into powerful storytelling. He focuses on developing work that stays true to his creative core while also delivering meaningful financial opportunity for partners and long-term value for the business.

Alison Camillo

Co-Founder & Executive Producer

Alison Camillo is an Emmy-nominated executive producer and writer with more than two decades of experience creating smart, culturally impactful television. Known for her sharp comedic instincts, editorial clarity, and collaborative leadership, Alison has contributed to some of the most influential late-night and unscripted series of the past decade.

She served as an Executive Producer on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, earning multiple Emmy nominations for her work. Her producing career also includes key roles on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and a range of original series and specials that blend comedy, politics, and pop culture. Alison is represented by CAA.

Recognized for her ability to shape story, foster talent, and guide complex productions, Alison brings a steady hand and a creative mind to every project she touches. Her work is defined by intelligence, wit, and a belief in storytelling that connects on both cultural and emotional levels.

As co-founder of Lemonade Stand Studios, Alison leads creative development, production strategy, and series packaging. She is focused on building bold, distinctive projects rooted in real experience — content designed to entertain, spark conversation, and create meaningful long-term value for partners and platforms.
